When we started our house hunting journey we ended up with a realtor that we didn't really connect with - so when we saw a house we wanted to see outside of their area we were set up with Karen through realtor.com and we were absolutely blessed to find her and Will. They let us look at houses all over and went through 3 offers with us, the last landing us our current home. When it came time to sell our old house there was no question on who we would pick. Karen and Will became like family and we are blessed to have found them to help us on our first home buying experience. Both are professional and caring, and they truly care about what you are looking for.

There are honestly not enough good things I can say about Karen Duke. She is not only a wonderfully talented realtor...she has also become a great friend. When my daughter and I started looking for a home, it was a tall order, but Karen took on the challenge without question. We looked at more houses than I can count and put in 3 declined offers before we found "the one". We both knew immediately that this was the one we had been searching for. This was exactly what my daughter and I wanted and Karen helped us find it! She never got discouraged, even when I did. She was my biggest cheerleader and kept me positive throughout the process. She even was working on her family vacation to get me into showings. We are so blessed to have her in our lives! I would highly recommend Karen to anyone searching for their new dream home. I promise that you will not be disappointed! She's the absolute BEST!!! ?
